The right place at the right time

It all started with the purchase of the former Annie Flanagan’s Irish Bar building in 2004 and after a good cleanout and remodelling Fat Sally’s Pub & Restaurant was born.

Getting it right

The aim from the start was always to offer consistency across the board – friendly service with a smile, a warm & welcoming environment for guests, a good night out, and a menu which offered plenty of variety, flavour and a decent portion size.

From the start the community really rallied behind the venture and today Fat Sally’s has developed into a popular venue for locals and tourists alike.

The 10 year mark!

After having the doors open for a decade it was time to treat the ole girl and her menu to a bit of a makeover, while keeping the classic elements everyone has grown to love of course.

It was another community effort with Annabel from Design Federation and a great team of local tradesmen that helped really sharpen up the place.
